Small Business Websites that Work
This year has been our busiest and most exciting year yet! We’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with diverse small businesses, each with their own unique story and vision. I’m excited to share with you the small business websites we’ve had the pleasure of launching throughout this year!
Our 2024 Small Business Websites:
MagsDepetris.com
Mags has a weekly podcast and blog called “Confessions: Reflections of a Recovering Micromanaging-Perfectionist-Martyr”. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you should—I really love everything about it. Working with Mags was a fantastic opportunity to bring her powerful message to a broader audience.
SafewayStorageNH.com
Safeway Storage needed a clean, simple, easy-to-navigate website, and that’s exactly what we delivered. The site is user-friendly and designed for easy updates, helping them communicate effectively with their customers.
MartzandAssociates.com
Mark approached us to create a one-page website for his new consulting business. We wanted to capture the Arizona feel, since that’s where he’s located. We added some unique curves to provide something a little different and incorporated movement in his header to grab attention the moment visitors land on the website.
CSKNewHaven.org
This was one of our bigger projects this year! CSK’s board came to us to help transform their online presence, with the goal of broadening their reach and making donations easier. Since its launch in the Spring, we’ve seen an increase in donations. We were even honored to attend one of their biggest fundraisers to further support their mission of serving the New Haven, Connecticut community.
WaynePDC.com
This website was an update to a site we’d built years ago. We used the same photography we had taken (plus some stock) but modernized the look and feel. We collaborated closely with the doctors and staff to ensure we maintained the bright, welcoming colors of the office while keeping the design clean, modern, and easy for both new and existing patients to navigate.
McDougalOrchards.com
McDougal Orchards was one of the first projects that came to us through a grant from SMPDC (Southern Maine Planning & Development Commission). We worked with Jack to build a comprehensive fruit database that showcases the depth and breadth of their produce. We also trained them on updating website areas to quickly provide visitors with information about fruit picking, store inventory, and upcoming events.
NibblesfordCheeseShop.com
Another SMPDC grant project, this website was a first for me using the Square platform. While it wasn’t my favorite platform to work with, I’m pleased with how the final product turned out.
Tempo-Sense.com
A simple landing page designed not to drive traffic, but to establish credibility for their work and help them attract talent.
GazeboSchool.org
We updated the website for our children’s preschool, creating a resource where parents and prospective parents can easily learn about the school and access frequently requested information.
FeedtheEngine.org
This SMPDC grant project involved reorganizing complex website data, including events, blogs, and programs, to make content updates seamless.
LegalMetis.com
Arianna found me through the Women’s Business Network. We took her existing branding and created a clean, modern website that clearly explains her services.
WhiteSailsInn.com
Our final SMPDC grant project was particularly enjoyable. We visited the Inn, took custom photos, and worked with Susanne to develop blog writing and update strategies to drive traffic and showcase Kennebunk and Southern Maine.
CardellaWaste.com
This was the third website design I’ve done for Cardella over 15+ years, and it’s definitely my favorite! I collaborated with Michelle from Powerfully Digital to ensure clear marketing for each business aspect. We built a custom dumpster order form integrated with their sales systems.
CourageRisingWellness.com
I handled both branding and website design, creating a soft, relaxing aesthetic that truly reflects Dani’s important work helping families struggling with addiction.
LandboxLA.com
A modern, image-focused website for a long-time client’s new business venture, utilizing their stunning photography.
Our Commitment to Your Small Business Website
Our goal with each of these websites was to create an online presence that:
- Piques interest
- Ensures easy navigation
- Drives traffic and engagement
